I have severe osteoarthritis in my hip, but my major pain is the right outer hip & leg. An amnionic fluid injection has been suggested. Anyone who has had one and your experience with? Also, I can't find much info on the injection and what is in it (how well filtered and prepped, if at all.) TIA for any info.
Hi Goldfever, like you I know nothing about this type of injection. I looked online & saw some studies dated 2018 & 2019. Is this your orthopedic recommending the injection? I would make another appointment & ask questions & go from there.
