My dh ordered some vitamins today and ordered there for me. Anyone ever heard of this? I take plenty of vitamins, so I guess he thought I needed these also. Thanks, Gail

I can never remember to take vitamins. Jo-Ann is good about taking them. I have three kinds for seniors, diabetics, and more diabetics and even tho they sit right here in plain view on my computer table I forget them. LOL. Maybe I should make more of an effort???? Hugs MK

Sorry Gail, I have never heard of them before now. DH must want to take good care of you. Good Man.

Candy

Perfume and incense bring joy to the heart, and the pleasantness of one's friend springs from his earnest counsel.

Proverbs 27:9

On my last visit to the onc he sent me home with a copy of an article from Consumer Reports on the different brands and types of Calcium.  His basic advice based upon this article is that it doesn't matter if you take the expensive calcium or the cheap stuff or which type as long as you take it.  He also said not to worry about Vitamin D included in the supplement because unless you live in a cave you don't need it.

I do get to learn about vitamin B12 this week - my bloodwork shows that I'm dificient in B12.  Plus my bone density test came back as having osteopenia so I get to learn about that one to.

I don't take them, but I have read of them and intend to purchase them, when my current supply of a different kind runs out. I understand it is the best to take.
