bloating and foul flatulence

Dear All,
For several months, I've been having extremely foul-smelling gas. Could I have an infection that needs antibiotics?

It's possible... but it could be food intake or a flare. Are you still taking probiotics? If you're concerned...for sure ask your GI for a stool sample kit just to be sure.
