Cathi....

Just thinking about you and yours.  How is your daughter.  How are you?

Hi Ellen

Thanks so much for asking about me...Rachel is feeling much better. Her 4 week appointment is with the Onc on August 10th. As of now they are saying no chemo, but we wont be 100% sure until we see him. She is still sore, especially when she is sitting, but that is getting better. She is an amazing woman..so mature and she is only barely 29.

My surgery is on August 11th...I think sometime around noon. I am anxious to get this overwith. The pain continues to get worse ..The pain meds arent helping much...

So how are you doing these days? When are you moving ?

Hugs and thanks again

Cathi

Cathi,

I'm glad to hear your daughter is doing well and I hope she doesn't need to go through chemo.  Good luck on your surgery.  I'll be thinking about you while I recover from my surgery, which is the day before yours.  Looks like the PCE will be busy, huh?  LOL

Cathi, I'm sure Rachel's appointment will bring more good news.  And I am so hoping your surgery brings you some relief!!!

I have been out on sick leave for a week now...another disc out in the back, this time in the lower spine.  Miserable, but I know at the same time that I am so lucky it is "just" a disc.

I'll be saying extra prayers for you and Rachel this week.

Love and hugs...
