Having a follow-up MRI tomorrow to check out those spots on my spine; this time they are doing the whole spine to see if they are anywhere else as well...so I guess you could offer up a small request to your higher power that pork chop bones are greatly appreciated, if you don't mind.  Won't see the surgeon for results until next week, so until then, no news, I will presume, is good news.
 
Lori...any luck at selling those houses?  Still haven't put mine on the market.  Had the hardwood floors redone (the big dogs scrambling to meet and eat the postman took its toll on them!) and a new kitchen floor, new dishwasher installed last week. I still have 2 bathrooms and the master bedroom to paint.  And then it'll be Christmas, so not a good time to list a home, so we may just wait til spring... Sure do LOVE my new little cabin in the woods, though.

Hi Bev.  I'll be there for your MRI tomorrow, hoping for a pork chop bone.  We've just been trying to "get our house in shape".  Lived here for 35 years now.  Our son comes up from NC to do our painting.  I'll head him out your way... LOL.  He cleans, preps and then paints and works on the trim.  He just did a couple of our closets couple weeks ago when he was up.  (You have to paint closets?)  And to think we used to just open up a can of paint and slap it on the wall.  Who knew.  Good luck with all your work...it does get exhausting.

Hello, dear Bev!  It's so good to see you post and know that you're enjoying your new home.  Are the dogs at home there yet?  George is getting mopey thinking it's been way too long since we had a gathering.  We sure do miss you. 

Now, as for tomorrow, I'll be praying for you, and hoping to soon hear all about your pork chop bone!  Look for a trail of pink feathers as your breast friends gather around you.

Hi Bev! Glad to see you checking in....I am right on your heels thankfully! I got an offer last week and we close either 12/6 or 12/2. I had the inspection on Friday and am in a packing frenzy now. We close on the new house on Friday, so it is getting pretty nutty. All we can do is clean when we get there, will have no time to paint and make it our own... but we'll have time for that next year. Oh wait, we're planning a wedding....can you feel my stress?

Your new place sounds great, and hopefully you won't make your old place so nice that you want to move back!

All my prayers and vibes for a pork chop bone or 2. I just know it will be ok...

I am alittle late, sorry!  Sure hope that your MRI went smoothly.  I will be watching to hear what you found out.
 
It sounds like you are really enjoying that new place.  Isn't it just great having it feel like home already?
