I was diagnosed with PD 9 years ago and in recent years I have experienced chest discomfort. In fact in 2003 I did have a heart attack which was a bit of a mystery, as there was no damage to the heart and the angiogram proved OK. I now get chest discomfort every day starting with pain in my arm pits radiating to my chest making me fatigued and somewhat breathless. When my morning dose of sinemet kicks in the pain goes away. Because the sinemet relieves the discomfort I wonder if it is PD related. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
