Ladies I saw yesterday the talk started leaning toward June since we are running out of time. So a poll where we can select the weekend that works best for us is in order. I am including the current selections of weekends, skipping Memorial Day weekend and then adding the first 3 weekends in June. This will run for a week and then from there we will set the date with a block of rooms in the Embassy Suites in downtown Cleveland (unless I hear differently from a majority).

Any nice place with suites is ideal for us...it allows us to share suites and save cost, while enhancing the sisterhood...and usually we can bring in food and beverages to keep us busy all day....and it gives us places to hang and gather...which are good things. I personally am open any of those weekends, but it would be very hard for me to make the 20th of May, in fact it might not be possible. The reason I mentioned June was because some folks have to buy plane tickets, and we need to allow for time for them.

I know that time was becoming an issue with the May dates for those who have to make transportation arrangements. So I figured we should go ahead and re-poll for dates in June too. If that helps some people make it that's no problem with me. Ideally I want for a huge turn-out and lots of fun activities for us. But I can't get pricing info until we settle on a date.
As far as your vote Lori just try to narrow which weekend works the best and if isn't the one that it looks like will win you can let us know later if there is a problem. I know we won't ever be able to suit everyone but I do so want to try to please the majority. And especially the ones on here who have been here a long time, been to the other get togethers and post frequently.

The first week in June probably won't work for me and also the last week. Jeez, it is so hard trying to find a good week for everyone. This is a very busy time of the year it seems. I selfishly want to vote for fall. My spring and summer is getting to hectic and I will be so sad if I cannot make this year's gathering. But, I know you all will do what is best for the whole group.
If it is spring, I hope that at least us Ohio and other very close states can at least get a luncheon together.
I miss not seeing you all and getting those in person hugs, we sure could use lots right now.

The first week of June isn't good for me. My dd is graduating from high school on June 4.
