Clutter: Need positive vibes, everyone!

Leigh and I are scheduled to close on our new house in just over 2 weeks...and neither of us has sold our houses. With the equity that is tied up in my house, it actually means we have to mortgage the downpayment, leaving 2 mortgages for the new house, plus our 2 existing ones.  4 mortgages, plus his student loans? Right.  I was close to getting an offer last month when someone came in 3X to see the house but backed away. I have a second showing tonight at 7 pm Eastern.
 
I need to sell my house. Please send all the vibes and karma you can send my way....
 
I think Tavish has an ear infection. His head shaking kept me up last night. We are seeing the vet at 6:30.
 
Also, my 99 year old grandmother is in Boca Raton, which was hard hit by Wilma. Leigh and I are scheduled to go down to visit her on Saturday, just for the weekend. She has never met him and wants to do so, very badly. I am not sure if we can get there, not sure if the hotels will be functional. Could use a vibe or 2 for that to work out too....
