Colon removed in 2013 now so exhausted

So I had my colon removed in 2013, but I'm wondering if I'm not getting my nutrients absorbed correctly, because I am just so exhausted all the time and now I have fibromyalgia, and the pain in my body is just debilitating, I don't have the belly aches anymore, and I'm not running to the bathroom all the time. The surgery was extremely rough to get through for the first 2 months. I thought it made a bad decision, now I don't regret it, but i'm wondering if anyone else who's had their colon removed is experiencing any of the same symptoms.
Hi...Ive not had my colon removed. Have you had thorough blood testing and blood pressure checked by your doctor, and are you losing weight as well?

I still have my colon but agree with Quincy that you should get some labs drawn by your GI or PCP. My grandmother had a colectomy and she would get very tired if she was dehydrated (which is common) and had a lot of trouble with absorption of nutrients. She had a prescription liquid vitamin she took to help with this. I think she also had to get B-12 shots every other month.
