Hi,
Am trying (like many others) to work out whats wrong with myself. I have been diagnosed with cfs, but am not entirely convinced.
My question is, can depression give you headache's for a period of 3 months? I am depressed, but also have some fatigue, and blurred vision. Even though my doctor and neurologist say I have cfs, could my symptoms be related to depression and anxiety? I admit to being depressed for 3 years now, but have had glandular fever before (onset of cfs), and was able to exercise up until 3 months ago, now I don't have the energy. I know all these diseases over lap, but your comments would be welcomed.
Best Regards

Yes, CFS can cause chronic headaches and even migraines. Your get up and go, got up and left. When you have chronic CFS, it brings other things along. You are depressed because you are not well enough to do the things you did brfore, ergo, depression. Your blurred vision is from the headaghes. That is your #1 concern and wake the Doc. up. Good luck!

There is no such word as can't. Can't simply means wouln't. Grab as much as life as you can. Future is a long way away for those who don't believe. Don't build a foundation of life on sand. It will take it away with the tide. Love a little more, be unkind a lot less.

Welcome Pablo,
When is your next doctor's appointment? Does he/she know about the headaches and fatigue? I would call him if this is something new.
Don't know how to answer your questions, but wanted to welcome you to the forum.
Blessings!

Thanks "lefty" and "alwaysrosie", your comments were much appreciated. I pretty much know I have cfs just did not want to admit that to myself.
I consider myself lucky I don't have the constant pain some sufferers seem to have....
Best Regards..x
