Done with surgery

Just wanted all of you wonderful supportive ladies here that I had my surgery on Tues. 15th, and everything went very well. Got everything, none in lymphs, and feeling great. I want to thank you and would love to keep in touch with everyone and be part of the PCE. I do believe I did see a couple of pink feathers floating around in the operating room. Thank you all again Hugs Nancyjo
Thanks for the update, Nancyjo. Glad the surgery went well and that lymph nodes were negative. Now, take it easy and let nature do its healing job. Hugs, Lauri

Great news! Thanks for checking in with us! Did you have a mast or lumpectomy? We enjoyed Vegas, so glad you feel good....rest well let others pamper you!

Nancyjo, glad everything went well Tuesday.  It was a good trip out west and we were able to get away from this winter weather.  Now rest and like Lori said, let others pamper you.  Hugs, Libby

Friends are God's way of taking really good care of us.

So glad that it is all behind you now and that everything went well. Please take care of yourself. Rest and let your family treat you like a queen for awhile. You deserve to pamper yourself.

Gentle Hugs

Well we had a nice flight and we were glad to make you smile. Hugs, Joyce

Thanks for the update, Nancyjo. I was sure thinking about you and hoped everything went well.
One hurdle down. . .

Hope you don't mind NancyJo but while I was out there Tuesday I think I may have brought some of your weather home with me.  We've had sunny skies and warmer temps ever since.  You aren't going to make me bring it back are you???

Yea!!!  to negative lymph nodes!!!  that is awesome!

Now do take care of yourself, don't push too hard too fast.  And do your exercises for your arm when you are up to it.  I don't know if there is a hard and fast rule for that since I wasn't told to do any and ended up doing physical therapy.  But use that arm when you can, don't baby it.  It will hurt for quite a while.  And if you are like me it will feel as though you are carrying a wallet under your arm.  My surgery was Jan. 31 and just in the last week that sensation is gone!  Yippee!!

Glad you are home and doing fine.  But keep in touch with us, we care and want to help.

Hugs,

Mia

Great news, Nancyjo. Negative nodes are the best! Glad all went well and you are doing ok. Please do stay and help us with others and the PCE. As the others have told you, you need some pampering and rest. Hugs and prayers, MK
