Email bombarded - oh my !!

Need help ----
 
opened my email today and saw soooooo many notices of posts from Healingwell.
At times Im not at my computer for days and sure dont want a build up of post notices so -----
 
How do I add or subtract something from my profile to not receive these ?
 
I wouldnt mind one or two but without counting I easily had about 10-14 and that is not acceptable.

Thanks for the suggestion - will try and see what tomorrow brings - lol.  It seems every "new" forum has different ways of doing things and new tricks are hard for this old dog.
