confused i suffer from bipolar 2 having a tough time at the moment very depressed the last week or so my energy levels are good started running again also getting intrested in doing things very wierd i thought you were suppossed to be the complete opisite,not sure whats happening to me during this episode.my sleeping is usualy bad but since i have started taking olanzapine improved,i know it sounds crazy having energy when your depressed anybody else have similar problems.
Perhaps its a sign the depression is about to lift. I'm usually very energetic and am feeling the opposite lately. Send some of that energy my way, lol. I could use some exercise thats for sure.
