Hello Sweet Ladies,
Just a request that I be in your thoughts and prayers Friday 3/4. I will be, finally, having my last breast cancer related surgery. The plastic surgeon will be completing the reconstruction at that time. He will be exchanging the permanent implant (not so permanent) for a different size as my normal breast just doesn't match up with the faux. He will be relieving some scar tissue internally as I have some internal pulling and sticking. But he assures me that there is no contracture. And the nipple and areola will be reconstructed. All very minor, but still going under. That concerns me more than any of the other stuff. My DH will be with me, as always, waiting in the waiting room. Then will take me home. My DGD had a pj day yesterday and I told her that I will have my pj day Saturday. LOL, I love pj days. Our plans are to watch several episodes of the third season of 24. Love that show. As always thank you all and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers daily.

I will be with you Friday. I just realized I haven't put a week's calendar on the board for a couple weeks. I am like you, worrying more about going under than the actual surgery. I will pray all goes well and that you have a wonderful pj day Saturday. I like that idea. It is yukky and rainy and dreary here today a virtual cave day, so I may just celebrate it as such and have a sort of pj day myself. Hugs, MK

Ok ladies the PCE is going to be fired up and ready. Don't forget the long johns, Pink boas, and MK do not forget your pink tiara. Now about the pink boots. Can we get them with the ski lodge clydesdale look? I think that would really round us out....Just let your imagination fly with that one. You have to admit that would be a vision! L&H Lemon

Good luck, Candy! I hope everything goes smoothly. This was actually a surgery I had looked foward to; kind of a wrap up! We had a snow storm this past Monday and dh & I had an early dismissal from work so we made a fire and watched half of season 3 of 24! We didn't want to take time out to cook, so we had pizza delivered! LOL! Hugs, Frayda

I'll be with you in thoughts and prayers, Candy. Let me know every step that has happened, because I am SUPPOSE to be having this done also, if I can ever get my nerve up. I have through so many surgerys now that I really don't know if I want to go through 3 more (and that is what they told me it would take - is that right?)
If the PCE swings north it can pick me up in North Dakota too. I really don't do pink well, but I have a Red Hat Society Red boa, would that do?
