Hey Gumbee,
You know, I'm glad that you can ackowledge that this problem is something you may need help to tackle and I'm very glad you've come here. I know how awful it is and how alone you must feel but I want you to know that I'm thinking of you and sending positive energy your way. Writing out how you feel is a great way to vent and talking to those you love about what you are going through is very important. Do you have a therapist, dear. If not, do you have somebody you can talk to? You should not need to handle this by yourself. I care about you and I really hope you feel better. *Hugs* We're all here to listen.

What can i say Gumbee take it eazy, sometimes crying is good to let your feelings out, don't close or isolate yourself though. if your into religion read something to inspire you thats what i did the last time i had an episode similar to yours, i just could not cope with things for a day, keep your mind off it, sleep well and you should be ok the next day. always remember a new day brings new things. remember no matter how bad things can get there is always a good side of it try to find it inside of you.
Hi want to thank for the too post to Linnea and Akram I am still havig a hard time and cried all day too day.. I just do not know were to start.. I am tring I sorry.

Gumbee, is it related to shyness? do your words tend to stop when you meet someone new , or are you reffering to talkign to someone in your family not able to express to them?
