I called her Dh. They drained a lot of fluid and she is resting. I was not going to call tonight at all but he said he thought it would be fine, if I gave her a little time to rest. She really is not catching a break at all. L&H Joyce

How wonderful it would be to see Angels where there are only clouds. How sad it would be to see clouds where there are Angels.

Talked to Shelley and she is having pain. I only talked for a minute. She said she is really sore and said they put talcum powder in her lungs. Now does anyone have any idea what that is for? I did not want to keep her talking so I thought I would ask here. L&H Joyce

Haven't a clue as to the talcum powder. Sounds really strange to me. Glad you were able to talk to her a bit, I know it meant a lot to her to hear your voice. Prayers going her way. MK

Thanks for the update, sorry she is so sore. I forgot, but she mentioned the talcum powder in her post about the surgery...maybe to prevent some fluid build up again?

Anyway, hoping she gets the break she deserves...

Talcum powder in the lungs? Wow, that is weird. I always have heard it is not good to use on babies as it is bad to get it into the lungs. Must be a different type of talcum powder they use. First I have heard of that.. Give Shelly my love please if you talk to her again. She has sure been through a lot. L&H, Gail

IN her lungs? I have no idea.....sounds very strange. I hope she is resting and comfortable... this is all so much to handle, when the H3LL at they going to find a CURE?!?!

So sorry Shells is going through yet another procedure.  The talc is to prevent more fluid from building up again.  Hope this is it for Shelley.  Keeping her in my prayers.
