It definately is a moaning morning for me... allergies turned into a sinus infection... am on claritin, duratuss, biaxin, phenegran and tessalon... holy crap.... here's to hoping after I wake up from my drug induced coma this morning, a better day..

Moan, Whine, Complain..I had to get up ay 6:00 AM and drive into the city for a stupod Diabetic class and even stricter diet....I know what is is, My doc is punishing me cause I am such a crybaby.

i just paid 60 bucks to hear crap i already know, "there is no cure for this...only attempts to control and remission...try to be happy and comfortable....BLAH BLAH BLAH"

Well there went the last of my 3 day winning streak. today was no good. the knees are starting up & it's just not nice. but, we're in a big rain front now for a while...so i guess it will be a replay of 2 weeks ago. I pray I just make it for the weekend, that's all...I could care less during the week.
This stinks.

Oh, and poor Cancun! I feel so bad. That's my favorite place in the world...mexico, cancun and cozumel. the news said the beaches will never be the same. I guess the hurricane will erode the shore. How awful.
That is a place to go, let me tell you. In the off season though..not when there are a bunch of college spring breakers. Like around december and february it's wonderful. quiet. and out of my travels...it definitely had the most beautiful beaches i've ever seen. Hopefully the hurricane loses strength.

She is losing strength :) maybe we will not have to deal with anymore this year.

That is a beautiful place to go, but the beaches at St. Martin are VERY hard to beat.

Good Moanin Friends,

It is a moanin, moainin, moanin Sunday! You may remember, I have been fighting hard to get some lab values back to normal and that included getting off my butt and exercising. Well, I have been walking some in the evenings and also going to Pt and am in a nice program there.

Well...last night hubby and I decided we would go to the weekly dance (square and round)...for the first time in almost 3 years..WE DANCED. .well. ok. it was only 1 tip (tip= 1 singing call and 1 regular call), but 1 is better than none.

This morning, I have found muscles I did not remember were there! Well, ok, they found ME!

We had a great time, enjoyed seeing people we had not seen in a long while, but now I think I will crawl in bed with a good book for maybe...hmm a YEAR. Well, maybe just till the knee settles down...ahhh, the continuing saga of flopsie and her woes!

Yeah, we had rain here today too... all day as a matter of fact... high was 63 I think.... cold and wet, exactly what makes my joints hurt... but now that I don't have a sinus infection, I feel like I can conquer the world! Get some rest Erin, the crappy weather will pass soon.... - Duck
