Thanks for the warm welcome! I agree with you wealth is nothing without health. My brother was just diagnosed with crohn's and we are also looking into a diet for him. What condition do you have if you don't mind me asking?

I suffer from the dreaded gerd but I am getting better just trying to adjust to a boring diet..... Take care
