It appears as though I am back to being me again. I met with my Pdoc two weeks ago and we started a very small dose of lithium to kick start my lexapro faster. The anxiety and depression was really having its way but I feel really good.

Nothing like feeling well and we all can be there. Faith, Friendship and love are the most powerful intangibles in life even through the black curtain its always there you just have to keep telling yourself!
