just getting out of hospital been in for 2 weeks because of selfharming my doctor is changing my meds lithium and lamical not sure what to.i came off my meds latley big mistake depression got worser and selfharming got a lot worser,i hate hospitals but had no choice was sectioned quite used to it although i have not been in hospital for over a year.my family will not let me go anyware like being a prisoner wel better go now time for bed
I'm glad you're working toward getting it all under control. I know hospitals aren't much fun. But I've been there too. Good to hear you're home and doing better. I'm sure your family will lighten up after you've been home awhile.
