We only had a moment to say hi, amongst the chaos of it all....but she looks absolutely fabulous! Her DH snapped a picture, so maybe she'll be able to post it. It was awfully hot today, must have been 90 and humid and sunny. We were drenched and I simply do not function well in the heat (which is why I left Houston in 1990)....but it was a great event and a great turnout.

It was so great you got to meet her, she sounds so nice on the phone. Too bad you didn't have more time, but perhaps now you can arrange to meet in a cool place and visit a bit. I am sure 90 up there is worse than 90 here. Houston at 90 is worse than here, too. I hope we can see the picture, too. Hugs MK
