I just had extensive test done for epilepsy. I was videoed and monitored for 48hrs at a hospital, were I had 6 seizures....... I have had test, been on meds, and diagnosed for 15 yrs with having epilepsy.
The doc comes in and said " you get to go home now, you dont have epilepsy, we noticed that you have not slept since you have been here, and probably don't ever really sleep.This could be one cause for these. They could be bypolor, stree, and/or depression induced episodes"
So now after 15 yrs I am back to square one!!!!! I have to see my neuro here and he has to refer me to a phyciatrist, and I guess he will decide ir its bipolor or all three????
So I am so confused......I have a permanenat ileostomy due to severe ulcerative colitis(7 months ago) and have been put on prosac for that, but I did not know I have been depressed that long.
I don't know, I need some feed back. Has anyone experienced this? Am I crazy????lol,lol
