I just got the book IBS for DUmmies and read through it on the weekend and it explains a lot of things about IBS that I never knew. I feel like there is hope for me now. I recommend it

You should leave a copy out on your coffee table to encourage friends and family to look at it too. Nothing helps like spreading the word!

You're right ... it says that 20% of the population has IBS -- so 1 in 5 people ... I guess I am the one of 5 in my family LOL

I'll have to see about getting that book. I was just diagnoised with IBS I'm sure it couldn't hurt to thumb throug it.
