and am really tired. I still cannot believe this whole thing happened. I remember asking myself where I had been to get just the one arm sunburnt. My medically trained daughter had to tell me what it was. No wonder I had such a bad night on last Sunday.
So, I am going to take this lympedema thing just a little more seriously. Luci, you're right, some doctors do have a thing to learn about this condition.
I'm off to have prescriptions filled and go back to bed.
I want to thank everyone for their concern, flowers, cards, and phone calls. They brought life to my hospital stay. Several ladies managed to bring the conversations to a "depends" moment. I love every one of you.

Used that line a few times in the past few days, got people remembering what you reminded me of. I'm so glad you're mending and will be taking better care of yourself.

Home at last and I am so happy you're there, Jo-Ann. Thank heavens you went to the urgent care asap. Sorry you had all of that IV misery, but you know I only want for you to be well. When you're feeling better think about making your dr. aware of the fact that you didn't get the antibiotics you needed immediately. Sometimes the drs. are just plain stupid. Anyway, my friend, you keep taking the oral antibiotics and rest a lot. An infection like the one you have had really saps your strength. I am so glad you're home.
