Is stretta better than fundoplication ?

It is generally said 20% of people who have done Fundoplication returns to medicinal relief with in 2 years and nearly 60% returns to medicines in 10 years. I was wondering if there is anybody who has done Stretta or endoscopic suturing in this forum to share their experiences with us. How do these two compare against fundoplication?

Are there no members who have tried Stretta? Apparently it takes less than an hour at hospital with no recovery period. It sounds far easier and better than fundoplication. How good has it been? Can you share your experience, please.

Hi! I also suffer from GERD and am actually going to see my Dr. to discuss other options, as I'm not responding well to medicine.  I hadn't heard of Stretta, I'll have to bring that up at my appointment, thanks!  Also wanted to let you know about a similar procedure called Enteryx that I recently found out about.  You can find out more at www.reflux1.com .
