I had my blood sugar tested at the hospital Sat. evening around 12:30 pm. At approx 8pm I started drinking beer. I had 3 or 4 from 8 to 10. I also had a large meal around 9:45. When they tested me my blood sugar was at 146(american). Is this a high reading?
That is slightly high for a two hour test but you should talk to your doctor about doing some more tests to clear up your diagnosis. By the way, if it's diabetes you will need to curtail the beer. It won't work with your meds and it goofs up your numbers. Might want to think about that.
