I just want to give a friendly reminder about the forum. We are all in this together and it is such a great support place to talk about your experiences and vent however this is not and should not be used as a alternative to seeing your doctor. All medications and recommendations are based on our personal opinions and experiences and in no way applies to everyone. Everyone is completely different. I just want to make sure that if you change, add, take away, etc any supplements, medications, or regimines that its a good idea to check with your doctor first.
