Hey, I posted the same issue on the Crohn's site but no one that responded had a bag or knew any cops with a bag so was wondering if any of you know any cops that have an ostomy?
I'm looking into law enforcement again after thinking it was out of the question. Now that I feel great the idea has been crossing my mind more and more.
I'm curious to know anyone's experiences with themselves or someone they know that works in law enforcement and has an ostomy bag and if they got it prior to getting hired or what?
Thanks for your feedback
Bridget
Hey Bridget, I dont see why there would be any reason you couldnt be a cop. Do you have any restrictions on your physical activity? I think you should go for it. There has to be cops out there somewhere with bags , and if there isnt, its about time there was !!! Good luck !!!
I Just tell myself, it could be worse !!!
"Even with a Bag!!!"
