a possible cause of cronic fatigue thats often not thought of or tested for is..... lack of salt
salt free diets can be overdone, some salt is needed
lack of some minerals can cause cronic fatigue and a daily mineral and vitamin tablet is good insurance

Salt of craving is also a symptom of adrenal fatigue which can cause exhaustion.
I agree with oceanblueskygirl.
Salt cravings are a good sign of Adrenal Fatigue. I however have sugar cravings, also a positive sign of adrenal fatigue. I'm still in the process of testing my body for adrenal fatigue (Removed stressors, eating healthy, taking supplements and vitamins with exercise)
We shall see! :)
I have major sugar cravings too. SOmetimes I feel so sick tht something with sugar in it is the only thing that makes me feel any better at all. I'll have to do some more reading about this.
