Living alone: in-house monitoring system?

Hello,I live alone and get seizures. I am unaware when they arise and am left totally unconscious (can't call or move). I am wondering if there is some kind of electronic device (other than pressing a life-alert button which hasn't worked for me) that can be used to monitor me around the clock? My children call me 2-3 times per day but I worry- if I were to have a seizure at night and no one knows? (it has happened before but luckily my daughter called the next morning and then brought me to the hospital).

So sorry Della. I have seen some sites in England that have some things, one is a personal alarm someone wears. I will try and find that link again. US is so far behind all these safety things for epilepsy!!
