I want to wish my very breast friends a very Merry Christmas this morning. I hope Santa brought all the presents you wished for and that you are surrounded with family and loved ones on this special Christmas Day. My daughter and family are here, she was my Christmas present 45 years ago, born at 1:58 pm after her brother and sister had Christmas morning with all of Santa's gifts, etc. She was a very special baby and still is a very special daughter, our Christina. Hugs, love and prayers for all. Mary K.

Merry Christmas and Happy Chanukah to everyone! I am in Texas today too, so I figured I could post under MK...got in to Houston a little while ago.
I am simply exhausted and disorganized from the move, waiting to get some bedroom furniture and a couple other things so we can really organize and then relax, but I have been on the go-go-go for weeks. Being here forces me to relax, sleep and unwind, which I have never needed so badly.
Wishing you all the best for the holidays!

Happy Chanukah to all from me, too. I am happy to hear you are getting a little respite in Texas, Lori. The weather is absolutely gorgeous and warm. I am sure you need some rest after all the stress, moving and getting settled.
Everyone has gone this morning, even my husband went to work after a week off while the kids were here. My daughter came to the rescue and helped me get the shopping and wrapping done, so we pulled it all together in time even though I had done very little. Today I am resting in the quiet. We had quite a musical Christmas, unfortunately a lot was going on at the same time. We had keyboard music, trombone music, guitar ??? music (everyone was mostly learning), mandoline music (learning, too) as well as hearing all the new CDs all the kids got. At one point yesterday my head was really throbbing. LOL I am thrilled they are so musical, but all at once coming from upstairs, the garage, the sunporch and the downstairs was just too much. The refrigerator is full of left overs and no one is left over to eat, except I told the kids here to be sure and come every day to have some lunch.
