more guilt

Being depressed I feel guilty alot.

There are things I feel guilty about that I would not even tell a therapist.  I think people would judge me and not understand what happened.  I don't have a therapist but if I did I would not want to tell them certain things.

So I feel guilty about even little things.

What do I do about the things I don't even want to tell anyone about?

Hiya jjjjj,  I am glad to see you back.

You have posed a very good question.  I also have somethings that I harbor deep down that I haven't spoken anything about to anyone.  Not even my therapist, mother, or on here, not a word to anyone.  I fear if I said something about it I would be judged or looked at differently.  Which is exactly why people keep secrets in the first place.  I have never really had anyone in my life that I felt safe enuf to talk to about it like my ex husband or current guy I date.  As time has went by I have learned to live with it but I think it is always there.

You said that  "I think people would judge me and not understand what happened"  maybe you could write down your feelings like journal it then you can explain exactly what happened.  Then you can decide if you want to give it to your therapist to read or if you want to burn it or hit the delete button on your computer.  Sometimes just the writing and getting it out will help.

Or maybe someone else will have a better suggestion for you...
