i am really confused as if this is from acid reflux or if it is from like a post nasal drip!!
when this happens to you what color is the spit usually??
for me it is usually clear but it is sometimes a greenish color that makes me think that it is sinus related!!
can anyone help?

I think that sounds like a sinus problem.I Only have greenish colored mucus when I have sinuitis. When sinuses are messed up it can also make gerd act up. Sometimes GERD is acting up it can cause you to have sinus problems.It causes a backflow up into your sinus cavities

Still having a lump of phelgm in my throat. I am not coughing continously. This is good. I finished my Align. It was OK. Now I am trying Digestive Advantage Daily Probiotic. I am changing to Digestive Advantage Constipation Formula. It may work better for me.
I have a doctor's appointment on Monday: Simply giving an 1) update as to where I am and 2) ask about the nagging pain in my thighs and see if 3) the internist can take over for my thyroid doctor-Endocrinologist who is retiring. Dr. Goodenow is retiring. What a wonderful doctor. I really hate for him to leave. He truly deserves a retirement.
