always yours lacy

lacy,

I have had Crohn's symptoms for 40 yrs and dx'd for 35. I am taking EffexorXR 75mg/day and Restoril (a valium cousin) to sleep at night. I have chronic insomnia from depression and restless leg syndrom. Help me understand what is going on. If you would be more comfortable, you can email me directly.

We can respond to irritation with a smile instead of scowl, or by giving warm praise instead of icy indifference. By our being understanding instead of abrupt, others, in turn, may decide to hold on a little longer rather than to give way. Love, patience, and meekness can be just as contagious as rudeness and crudeness.

Hi Lacy,
I too have Crohn's, and depression.  Wellbutrin makes me have obsessive, fast thinking.  I take Lexapro now, after several others.  It helps keep my anxiety levels down too.  I don't have a good support system,.. so if ya want you can email me too.

nono  Oh, sounds like two pigs fighting under a blanket. I have had that problem many, many times. The meds collide and then neither one work. This isn't true with everyonr, though. Some can tollerate and some cannot. Go or call your doc because they may be doing more harm than good. God bless!

There is no such word as can't. Can't simply means wouln't. Grab as much as life as you can. Future is a long way away for those who don't believe. Don't build a foundation of life on sand. It will take it away with the tide. Love a little more, be unkind a lot less.
