Hi Gaz,
Haven't heard from you in awhile. Hope other than the weakness things are going well for you.
I don't remember if you are on meds. Some medications can make you feel weak and tired. I would think that if you are having alot of anxiety issues that could also make you feel weak. I have panic attacks and they always leave me exhausted.
There is always the possibility this could be another medical problem. I would make sure to get with my Dr. to rule out a cause other than anxiety. You certainly don't want to miss something simple and fixable that might solve the problem.
Have you been very depressed lately? That's a normal symptom of depression. The exhaustion. I just wanted to lay in bed all day the last time it happened. Hope you're feeling better soon.
Take Care Gaz
God Bless

Good judgement comes from experience and alot of that comes from bad judgement.

i suffer from bipolar 2 and was wondering if others with bipolar 2 have similar problems.i am usually depressed most of the time apart from the odd high,so i have constant weakness tiredness etc,i still try to exercise but it does not improve my weakness or tiredness.io also try to lift weights when i can but i also have constant muscle weakness so exercising does not help.also my movements feel slow.i used to play soccer years ago but had to stop because of how i felt.at the moment i am depressed always am and cycling all the time, always anxious and excitable and i have big problems with anger,i take lithium 1600mg plus lamical 400mg.
It sounds to me as though your meds are not working properly. If you're still having "big" problems with anger and constant tiredness and depression, something is certainly wrong. While the odd problems with depression, and weakness happen, this should not be constant.
I think consulting your physician can ease your suffering. It just makes sense that if the meds are supposed to relieve these issues, and you are still experiencing the same problems, that something is off track.
Hope you find a solution for this Gaz
