Hi it's Twiggy2 have a question, finally my doc has presrcibed amitripiline i have read somewhat about it on the net and was wondering if it really helps, i read one other comment in the forum that they have used it and recommended for occasional use so we see what happens. Let you know how the fisrt night works. I to am hopeing it works, Twiggy2.
Hi Twiggy, I hope that the Amatripiline works for you. I was on it briefly about a year ago for symptoms with my Multiple Sclerosis. They were trying to use it as a substution to Tegretol. I wasnt on it for depression though. Please keep us updated on your progress..

Dear elisha thank you for your reply Amatripiline seems to work my hands and back were defently less painful thank most days have been but i think that the dose was to much and i am only going to try using 25mgs instead of 50mgs and see how it goes. hope to talk u u again Twiggy2.
I have read about epival on the net and was wondering if people who have tried this experienced weird vivid dreams. They are scary night mares but just weird, it doesn;t really matter because i am sleepong now which is a good thing but i was wondering how long these silly dreams would last. Sorry i meant there not scrary dreams they do not awaken me from sleep.
Hey Twiggy, I dont really remember if I had any vivid dreams on this medication or not as I took it so long ago. And I do take a lot of other medications also. Sorry I cant help with your question. Hopefully someone else will be able to.
