didnt sleep again anyone know of any magical pill that could help my depression panick attacks sleep and concetration ?
Are you taking anything for your depression or panic attacks? Are you getting them at night before or during your sleep? Generally if panic attacks are causing problems such as sleep deprivation, doctors may rx a sleep aid (Lunesta, Ambien) or a benzo. I am taking Xanax XR and have found that I am sleeping much better at night.

I have depression and anxiety but no panic attacks. I take Zoloft, 150 mgs. and Klonopin as needed. Both of them make me tired. I still don't sleep well but it's getting better.
Have you talked to your doctor?

Have you tried Ambien or the newest one, Lunestra?? Both of these have the advantage of NOT making you groggy or doped, you just go to sleep, and as long as you can sleep for about 6 hours, you wake up just fine. I did great with Ambien. Xanax made me way to groggy, as did Benadryl. Good luck!!
Sorry, didn't address the anxiety/depression issue -- I don't think there's just one pill out there for all depression/anxiety/sleep problems. I take an antidepressant that really seems to be working, but I still can't shut my mind off at night to allow me to go to sleep. I haven't been taking any meds at all other than my antidepressant & not sleeping is driving my crazy!!

This is NOT a miracle pill (let me know if you find one!), but good old Tylenol P.M. helps me. It doesn't address other medical issues but it helps me now and then!!
