Has anyone found a product that will muffle the noises made by a colostomy? It can be embarrassing socially.
Nothing I have found to help muffle the sounds of gas expelling. I will put my hand over it but that only helps a little.
I have cut down on the amount of gas my finding my causes of it.
So far the worst for me is milk, fried foods, and beans. Beano helps on the times when I lose the battle of willpower and have one of my gas producing foods.
Now the worse for me is finding a place to release the gas when I "burp" my bag.
