My doctor prescribed nortriptyline for me today. I have been taking prozac for about a year also. Can anyone give me info on the combonation of these 2 drugs, possibly success of horror stories.
I have taken nortriptyline with wellbutrin but not with prozac, I figure they are safe to take together if the doctor has prescribed them and the pharmacist filled it. As far as any success or horror stories, I don't have personal experience with that specific combination.
Wellbutrin and Nortriptyline worked well for me, I found that noritriptyline help me get several hours of solid sleep. I did have a hard time waking up for work for about the first week or so...I would suggest to take early in the evening and try to allow for plenty of sleep at first.
Let us know how that works out. I would love to keep up with you and see how things are going a few weeks down the road.

Well I woke up this morning with none of the hangover side effects. Although, I didn't sleep very well last night, I fell pretty good today. I'll update as to future side effects. Thanks for th input.
