My mother has a rare form of Hepatitis C along w/ fibromialga, and arthritis in her back. I have been doing research like crazy for her. She was resently been put on the peg-interferon shots. Her pain has been gradually growing to the point its unbareable. What is the best medication that is being use to help with pain management for Hep C?

that is what i have exacly!!! and i feel like i am gona die, no dr wants to hardly fool w/ me and i am in soooo much pain, with no relief. i. do the shots help? i am so very sorry for your mom. i wish i could help. all i have is lortab 10 and ultram and they do nothing but take off the edge.
OMG I have the same disorders and Im at a lost I dont know what to do to they are going to send me to a pain management clinic but I am scared that they will give me drugs that have made me sick in the past and cant tolerate the meds for fibro, and have been told my my doc I am not a candidate for hep c treatment becauce of the side effects. I am so scared ant dont know what to do
