Parkinson's

My father has Parkinson's and one of the symptoms that he has developed is a pressure or discomfort in his stomach. He feels ok in the morning but as the day wears on he begins to feel a pressure from inside as if his stomach is being pushed against his ribs. It is not a pain but a very uncomfortable problem. He has been checked for IBS but it doesn't appear to be that. Anyone else seen or experienced this? Appreciate any feedback.

what he may be experienciing is a tightening of his diaphragm which is a common problem with pd. does he also feel like it's hard to breathe? it is usually associated with an 'off' period and/or return of symptoms. hope this helps
