Physician Recommendations

Does anyone have any recommendations for a provider who could test and treat for lyme and co-infections in Kentucky, Indiana, or Ohio? I suspect a family member who has been sick for twenty years could find their answer for all their symptoms. Thank you for any ideas.
Loutucky,

I have no knowledge of doctors in those states, but I did search the ISEAI website to see what they had listed. ISEA is about environmentally acquired illness, which is usually mold related, but many of them also treat Lyme/coinfections.

There were 6 listed among those 3 states. I took a quick look at the websites of those listed. Two in the list are a husband and wife team of Functional MD’s. They were the only ones who I saw had Lyme/coinfections mentioned in their service description. Their Functional Health Clinic is in Carmel, IN. Their last name starts with an A. https://iseai.org/physician-list/

You could also request a list from ILADS.

I remember you from years ago. How are doing these days? I hope you are doing well.
Thanks WalkingbyFaith. I'll be checking out the two in Carmel, IN.

I remember you too. I always liked your name. I'm better but definitely not well. After treating for years, I simply needed a break. I was overwhelmed. I am glad to see that lyme and the co-infections are finally being taken more serious in the medical community today. I was told it was in my head by so many physicians and my insurance even rejected Igenex labs. Hopefully, this new awareness of these diseases will change our future care to benefit the many sick people still fighting.

I hope you're doing well and living a full life! I appreciate you reaching out.
just to add a few more options

I emailed the global lyme alliance for their list. It was super helpful for me.
Thanks Bailey! I actually had not even thought about them.
