Possibly bc

Hi
I'm new here too.  I've been reading some of the posts.  I found a lump a few weeks ago and yesterday I went to the dr and she is sending me to a surgeon next week on the 16th.  I'm having a mammo done on the 14th.  I'm really nervous that it's going to be bad.  I pray that it won't be.  I really like this place where I can talk to others in the same situation. This will help a lot.

Tamarlynn,
I hope that it is nothing and you don't need us, but we're here if you do. Let us know how it goes.

Hugs,
Julie

Hi Tamarlynn,
So glad you found us. We will wait with you. Feel free to ask any questions. The women on this
board are so knowledgeable. I pray that nothing is wrong, but we will be here for you if you
need us.

stout rope; She clings to one end, I the other;
She calls it friendship; I call it hope....

Hi Tamarlynn, I also want to welcome you here. You have found a great place to talk and a great bunch of ladies to listen and help all we can. I pray that it will turn out to be nothing (a pork chop bone) but if it is you can get so many questions answered here. There are so many experiences here that chances are, whatever you go thru someone here has too. Keep in touch! L&H, Gail

Hi Tamaralynn! Welcome to our board! While I know it is hard not to worry, we have a saying around here that goes "don't worry until you know there is something to worry about!" Most breast lumps (80%) turn out to be benign! I hope yours will be, too! We will help you through your testing, so don't be afraid to ask questions. We have all been through this phase and will be able share our experience with you. Good luck!

Welcome to the board, Tamaralynn. We've been through breast cancer in one form or another, and we should be able to answer most questions. Try not to worry, and know that we are always here for comfort, venting, questions, and, most of all, celebrations. We celebrate everything!!! LOL Good luck!

Hugs,
Rita

Tamaralynn, the others have said it all. Just wanted to add my welcome. Adding my voice to the benign chant. Some times lumps are just lumps and not cancer. Keep the faith. We will be by your side no matter what the outcome. Hugs, Lauri

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

Just adding my welcome. B-9 chanting. We will be waiting with you.

Many Holiday Blessings to All

Life may not be the party

 we hoped for,

but while we are here we might as

well dance.

Welcome to the greatest place to vent!  Waiting is the hardest part, but you will get through this and hopefully, it will be good news.  We will all be here for you waiting to hear the results.

Love and hugs,

Kathy
