Well, believe it or not, there was NOTHING wrong w/ my blood counts. They were normal today. My onco, and the lab, both feel that when the nurse flushed my port, some of the saline (or whatever the heck it is they use..chemo brain here) was left in the line and gave a false report. Personally, I believe that the lab screwed up. My nurse always does the first tube as a "throw away". My onco was furious that the other dr didn't immediately ask for another cbc be done. Well, I told her that she could thank him for giving me such a great weekend. lol

Yea for great news and normal blood work! Like a porkchop bone in the blood! Glad it was just a false alarm...
