seizure calendars

How do you keep track of your seizures? Normal calendars? Special calendars made for keeping track of seizures (where do you get them??)?

Jennifer, I tried the link to buy the calendar and it said 'the specific module could not be found.' Sorry, I'm not very good with computers and don't know what that means or what to do. Advice?
