My surgeon botched the sutures when he did my surgery for duprytens contracture on my right hand. The scaring is thick and bubbly and it is impossible to bend my little finger. Now he has scheduled me for a skin graft. Does anyone have experience with skin grafts?
Hi Star Lover, I saw your post & wanted to say hello. I have no experience with skin grafts or your particular surgery. I do have a couple of friends that did have this surgery. One ended up in a similar situation & needed a graft done. I'm not sure when your surgery is scheduled, but you may want to consider consulting with a plastic surgeon for another opinion. She did this & was quite pleased with her outcome.
