Is sporadic sleep an indicator of upcoming disorder? I was in and out all night last night. Is it possibly nerves? Anxiety? I guess I can watch for a trend.
I know the PD meds like requip ,and mirapex can cause sleep disorder.As can PD related anxiety.In my case being wound like a watch spring all day doesn't help.On my occasional real bad nite ,I'll take something for anxiety,and that seems to help.Add this to your list of questions for the neuro;as you navigate the world of the parkie.Best wishes Ed
