Just want you guys to know, that I've decided to step down as a moderator, and I emailed the Admins to that effect this morning. No clue how long it will take them to remove moderator from my title but effectively immediately I'm no longer acting as one.

I find myself forgetting to log on and as a moderator I feel like someone needs to be there on a daily basis. I also feel like I don't have all that much to contribute. I've "shot my load "so to speak and I haven't kept up with the advancements of late . And finally, with no bad actors lately (even logo LOL, J/K Logo), I don't think you guys need more than one moderator

I have no intention of leaving the form completely and will certainly be checking in on a semi regular basis maybe even more now than before. I just need to manage my time better and spend more time on other pursuits.

Thanks to everybody for all you do here for the new people that show up and for your help and keeping this place vital and "Clean"

As in aside, I had my annual PSA a few weeks back and got another undetectable, <.05 whic is the lowest memorial Sloan-Kettering goes
So that is now eight years since I finished salvage radiation and ADT. For that I am beyond grateful.

First, before getting to other matters, much congratulations on the PSA behaving itself.

May it ever be so!

Forum admins are like all other admins, namely in that, like football referees, when they do their jobs right, they don't get noticed.

It's when they mess up, that they get noticed.

Haven't noticed you much lately!

And if they're good, when they suddenly give notice that it's time to move on, there is a shock.

I'm shocked!

Seriously, for my part, I want to thank you for doing a fine job, and only hope that the next guy who will be filling your admin shoes does as good a job as you have done!

Or maybe, as you suggest, you've done such a good job whipping this place into shape, that there won't be a need for someone to replace you!

And welcome to the ranks of us regular members down here ... hey, that's not such a bad place to be!

Thanks Prato for your service to the Forum. You helped to guide the ship through the storms, and man there were some doozies! Lol. I always thought being a moderator was a thankless job, but you stuck it out and you did very well.

Things have calmed down around here and I think it's right to take a well deserved break.

PCa history by memory.
Biopsy was around 2019 G6 in 6 cores no second opinion OncotypeD X listed as very low risk
Second biopsy showed increase but all still G6 but second However second opinion at John's Hopkin's showed one of the now 8 positive as G7
One core was 50% one core was 25% the rest low
Started radiation but 4th caused retention to paraphimosis
Settled on SBRT Sept 2021
