I live in the (South) SEATTLE area and was wondering if anyone knew of any BiPolar support groups in the area?
Or, do you know where to go to find any?
Thanks,

Is something like that posted in the phone book? I'm not much of a people person and have never been part of a group. Maybe your pdoc could recommend something? Don't hospitals sometimes have support groups? Come to think of it one of our local hospitals has support groups for alot of different things. Couldn't hurt to check it out. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Hi - I lived in West Seattle for nine years and there was a really good support group at a hospital near Seattle University. I went there all the time for depression and I believe they also had a Bi-polar support group. For the life of me, I can't remember the name of the hospital! If I recall it, I will let you know. It has been seven years since I left Seattle.
