I was online today and came across a giant checklist of various symptoms, after checking off those that apply to me I came up with over 80!!! Of course some of them occured for a short period of time (such as severe stomach pain for 9 days) then went away. I'm not sure if these are considered symptoms or not... anyone know if they're medically relevant? Some symptoms only last for a short period but continue to recur, such as tingling in the hands and feet and my right thumb goes completely numb, the top half, usually after I go golfing for some reason. Are these relevant?
Last but not least, I've noticed that most days my fatigue, fever, feeling of malaise, sore throat and tender lymph nodes, mental fog, shortness of breath mostly fluctuate throughout the day. In the morning, if i wake up feeling ok I drop by the afternoon, then the headaches and fever start rapidly. My temp can turn from normal to a fever in less than half an hour.My fatigue levels definitely jump all day. When I focus on something and am busy, even reading, I get extremely exhausted and yawn almost constantly (annoying because the yawning causes my eyes to water), but when I stop and relax for a while, watch t.v or whatever I feel better after 30-60 minutes. But as soon as I get up I get exhausted again in a short period. Is this typical? Does anyone else experience this? Does this mean my CFS isn't too severe? Thx guys!!
